Founder and paid plans

Paid plan details are shown at checkout. If a billing error occurs, BetterBeGood should resolve it in favour of the user where practical while the issue is investigated.

Refund handling may depend on the plan, payment provider, timing, usage, and applicable law.

Cancellations

Users should be able to manage subscriptions through billing controls and should not need to contact support just to stop future billing when self-service is available.
